Emilio, I had the exact same problem when I got my MZ-S, don't worry it's
not the camera, or the film, it's the way you are loading it. Make sure you
only pull the leader out as far as the little red indicator at the bottom
right. do not poke the film round onto the take up spool area or you will
get the exact symptoms you describe. The camera seems fine until you come to
rewind it. I didn't realize what I was doing wrong until in desperation I
re-read the manual carefully. Take a look you'll see what I mean.

Since I worked this out I haven't seen the problem once. send me a mail off
list if you are still getting problems and I'll try and step you thought it
more specifically.

Regards,
/\/\ick...

Subject: Problems with MZ-S's rewind

Ok, maybe is someone upstairs who is not very happy with me, anyone
noticed problems with MZ-S when rewinding slide film??
Mine starts when the film ends, and start making a suspicious sound,
first like decelerating and accelerating, and later making a constant
scratch. After this usually don4t take all the film on the canister, and
sometimes it doesn4t rewind it all.
PLEASE HELP ME, buaaaaa 3 years waiting for a hig end camera and this
is what I have????p
