If you already know all answers to all questions, I suspect this web forum won’t be for you. It is more of an online help center for Ricoh Imaging products than a forum for discussion. If you never thought you would like to find out more about how your equipment works and how to make it work better for you, then this probably isn’t for you. But if you don’t already know everything, this may possibly offer the chance that a knowledgable person might answer some of your questions.
Looking at the small sample of Q&A’s so far, the RIAC staff answers seem to assume that only naive beginners have questions, and many of the questions seem designed to create/reinforce such impressions.
