Good morning, all. Thanks for all the nice comments and to all those who looked.

@Toine: It is funny because when I took the photo it was nearly dark
(particularly under that cloud), If memory serves it was after 9 PM
local time when that was taken. I anticipated turning it into a black
and white & I often prefer B&W to color in "low color" situations. But
when I tried it with this image it seemed to lose something, to my
eye. I liked the subtle tone changes in the clouds and so I left it as
a color version.

@TimBray: Here is a look at the straight out-of-camera JPEG, for those
who suspect that the scene didn't really look like this:

That being said, when I went to select SilverEfex Pro 2 in my
Photoshop menu, I accidentally selected the Nik Software plug-in HDR
Efex (which I had never used before). I really hate overdone
processing (although I know that line is in a different location for
everyone) but, since I had it open, I went through some of the presets
and ended up coming back to it even after trying the Silver Efex Pro 2
version - one that I thought did a better job of rendering the scene.
So, technically, yes, there is some "HDR" in there.

It appears that the image has been Flickr Explored this morning and so
view count on Flickr is rapidly accelerating this morning.
