The obvious thing to me about Perpignan was the colour and the light, but a whole bunch of pictures of colourful walls would be boring, so you need something extra. For example i saw a nice street corner and I knew that in a minute or two someone in very bright colours would walk through the patch of light. Lo and behold, they did, so I pressed the button.
