That's a very nice shot. It was a really enjoyable ride, and a masterclass in 
puncture repair.

Despite my relaxed look and my experiences in France, and despite me poopooing 
the 9-10 miles each way between Marylebone and home, I underestimated the ride. 
I didn't drink enough while we were out, so by the time i got home i was quite 
dehydrated, and drank 1.5 litres of milk, 1 litre of chocolate milk, half a 
litre of gazpacho, and ate 3 oranges before I felt right.

And my habit in France had been to do a full set of stretches morning and 
evening, which I didn't do yesterday, so I was woken in the night by severe leg 
cramps, which forced me to do the stretches at about 1:30 am.
