It was so obvious I didn't think to try it.  I'm so used to systems which will 
escape any HTML code you enter.  I'd already hunted through all the 
tabs-upon-nested-tabs of settings.

I've had a bit of a look at the template code... if I used this thing regularly 
I'd do the same.  In the end I only needed to modify the css file to get what I 
wanted.

I'd have used my own gallery system for this but I didn't design it for 
collections of this size.  That was a deliberate decision to force me to edit 
my own photos :)
