Well, I think that this is not a particularly serious sin - <g>. It certainly is not uncommon for with-and-without photos for TC ads (not just on eBay, but in catalogs, too) to use "doctored" enlargements. (I'm not saying that there is nothing wrong with this - I'm just saying that there are worse abuses on eBay.)
