No one.
It's pretty obvious that Ricoh/Pentax has lost interest. There hasn't
been a change in the 'Featured Artist' for almost 12 months,
submissions take over a month to be accepted or rejected (probably
automatically, when enough votes have been recorded) and emails to the
maintainers are ignored (at least the one I sent months ago was).
It was a good idea but it's time is up - sadly.
