I am afraid the answer is no, not from LR.
In principle, there is software that that allows writing (editing) various
information into EXIF (the portion of the image file where all the
so-called "meta-data" is saved, including the focal length).
I haven't worked with ver. 5, but from what I know about both 3.x and
4.x, I assume Adobe have not added that capability to ver.5.x.
