Thanks, Ann. Our Rotary District held a Veterans Appreciation day at a local airport. There were various veterans services organizations giving out information on the support they provide, as well as food, plane rides, helicopter rides, balloon rides, and exhibits of aircraft, classic cars and motorcycles. Before the opening ceremony and welcoming talk, this plane took off and flew by dragging this huge American flag behind it, while the national anthem was playing.
