Of course your right about our serious drought, but this land area (outside of sprinklered lawns) looks exactly like this every year starting about June first and, maybe, lasting 'til Thanksgiving. My, farmers' daughter, wife absolutely HATES the look. Being a contrary husband, I don't mind it at all.
