I paid for an ebay item via Paypal on the 7th of the month. I asked him, on the 13th, when he was going ship it and his reply was that I should have it the beginning of this week. I'll give him until next Tuesday and, if I still don't have it, I'm going to notify PayPal first, to see what they can do, and then I'll leave appropriate feedback on ebay.
