Yeah - just a bit thicker and not as crunchy.

I also had to look up what that Anzac slice were.

As for David's comparison to a biscuit, it depends on what one calls a biscuit. :-)

I remember that several years ago, on this list, there was a thread with a list of various culinary items (including biscuits) that mean different things in the US and UK (as well as for some other countries of the Commonwealth).
