It might drive one nuts, but indeed, not all "nuts" are nuts. Some are good for cooking, while the others are just cuckoo.

This may sound nuts, but peanuts are not nuts. They're legumes. Cashews ain't no nuts neither. I know this because nuts are good for gout, but legumes less so.
