Hello Zos, I do this all the time - take a DC Adapter (mostly SMPS with multi voltage output & input), cut the DC output cable and splice it with the plug that fits the Flash (similar to the one on the Battery Pack). I check the polarity with a $ 9 multimeter. I did this with the Pentax DSLR AC Power Supply too - bought the plugs that fit the camera body on-line for $ 1 each and the Camera Power Pack for a song when Wolf Cameras were closing down. I have been forced to do this since 1978 as living in America with 110 volts and taking the stuff back to India with 220 volts was always problematic. In fact I built a 1 KVA reversible AC Transformer (110 / 220 volts input / output) to power my Home Theatre and other power guzzling gadgets. Thanks for this simple idea, which I am sure Pentaxians here can catch on easily. Regards. nanhi camp: San Mateo, CA
