I simply make use of the cat who _will_ stay still. Gandalf is a
cleaner. Brush him a bit, put him down, and he'll spend a minute
cleaning and grooming then start looking brightly around for potential
admirers. My other cat, an orange female tabby, bolts the moment she's
placed on the posing stool, and nothing will persuade her to stay put.

So I have lots of pictures of Gandalf and few of Taffy. I'll figure
out a strategy for her some day. She likes catnip so maybe I can get
her stoned.
