I saw it first on Pentax Forums Marketplace, but the seller is from Colorado and I saw the same lenses listed by her on dpreview.com - so it would not surprise me if she listed it on Craigslist in her area, as well. She has other Tamron lenses as well. (People would snap up her 01A for $59 if they knew that lens.) She also has PK/A Tamron adaptall mounts at about 1/2 of their usual price.
Sadly, the seller is ill and tells me she must give up photography.
