The moving arrows bother me as well. It's something I paid close
attention to when I put my gallery system together.
Presumably that could be overcome if all of the images had the same
dimensions. However, the slight movement of the arrows doesn't bother
me.
Overall, it's a clean & attractive interface with great photos.
