OK this time it's me getting nostalgic. I had a training ride today which involved quite a lot of riding around the harbour. One extent of the route was Purau which is a peaceful little bay just past the town of Diamond Harbour. I sat there and ate a sandwich while remembering the family day-trips we used to take here when I was a kid. The sandy beach is off the right of the photo and is actually smaller than I remember.
