As far as Astrotracer functionality, I would hope and expect that as long as the camera has shake reduction, the Astrotracer will work. I don't think we know that for sure yet, but people have pointed out that the body appears to have a placeholder for the SR logo, and the new telephoto lenses don't have built-in stabilization, so I think it's likely that the body still will. (I guess it's possible that the FF could have translational but not rotational SR, like e.g. the K10D.
