Most of Pentax's "K" Series Lenses are highly sought after because they exude quality and performance. Many people purchase these lenses (e.g., K28/2.0, K30/2.8, K35/2.0, K50/1.2, K85/1.8, K105/2.8, etc...) and will never sell them (I won't sell mine either...); when they occasionally do show up on eBay or stores, they sell at a very high price and very quickly (because of their reputation).

I guess, what I want to know is, those are that expensive simply because they have collectible status, or because they blow away all the competition? - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List.
