Thank you, Malcolm, Jack, Brian, Alan, Bruce, Ken, and John for sharing
your thoughts!
Brian and John, you pinpointed one of the things that bothers me here:
the curvature of the tower. I think for this type of shots, the
composition that would work better should have the tower right in the
middle, so that it remains straight.
Bruce and Ken, - yep, I was considering a few versions of crop, including
something that is similar to what you suggested.
Alan, - I have done a few panoramas, but they are time consuming, and need
additional software that I am just too busy and lazy to use.
As for the fisheye, - I like how it worked in some shots (which I posted
in the past two years), and it doesn't always look as a "novelty" (at
least in my opinion).
In shot like this, the symmetry makes it working despite the distortion:

In this case, the distortion shows mostly as a close-point perspective:

Here, in addition to the wide perspective it adds some interesting flavor:

Sometimes, of course, it can be used for caricature-type fun shots:

But sometimes, it can work even in "event"-type shots:

Hi All!
Time-to-time I am experimenting with the Korean 8mm fisheye lens.
I've posted a few shots produced with that lens that I liked.
But sometimes I am not sure if the photo works or not.
Here is one of such shots:

I would like to hear your honest opinion, if this shot works for you or not.
(Other comments and suggestions are also welcome.)
Thank you,
Igor
