I'm with Mark. If anything is "fugly" it is the hump on the K-3 that is basically just for a headphone jack. But it isn't anything to get in a kerfuffle over. Form follows function. The only design problem I ever had with Pentax was their weird prism housing on the K-30 with looks like some Neanderthal brow. Frankly, even the K-01 was better looking than that. Still, if it has good image quality and ergonomics, the "looks" are less than important.
