So have I John, (and thanks for the condescending tone!) but my point is that a lot of Pentax lenses are at all time low prices right NOW, not just for the past few years. Part of that is the economy (the strength of the dollar vs other currencies). There is one "stack of primes" manual focus zoom lens that is currently bringing about 1/3 of what it did less than a year ago.
