Just solved a similar problem on my Epson printer. I was getting barely noticeable, fine, parallel lines (parallel to the printer head movement), more noticeable on solid dark colors. It turns out that simply changing from the Micro Weave setting (under More Settings) to the Super Micro Weave setting totally eliminated the problem.
