The wife, Dog and I took a half hour drive to the small town of Colusa which shares it's name with an area Wildlife Reserve. Surprising amount of water remained and many bird were enjoying it. Am sharing a couple links because that's all I feel are worth bothering you with. The Ibis was a silhouette, but I was able to pull out some interesting markings prior to the advent of halos. Hate um! Blackbird was sitting atop a fairly high broken tree limb and looking as though he wasn't sure he wanted to launch.
