I've liked your photos of her on facebook.. and I like single light source stuff - not crazy about her pose in this one... it's not
as natual looking or spontaneous as the others, to me.

Aly is my favourite kind of model: smart, with loads of character. I
"discovered" her on Facebook. Doesn't promote herself, not a
professional model, she shoots for fun and art. She's a musician too,
but her aeronautics day job involves -- among other things -- climbing
into the fuel tanks of jet aircraft to inspect and repair them (!!).

And this is what makes shooting people so much more satisfactory than
merely photographing "models". Meeting fascinating folks is almost the
best part of this hobby.
