Thanks, Bruce (and also Ann, Ken and everyone else) - the flowers do have those nice sparkles on them but they are incredibly fleeting - I have one more shot form the day but all of the others were showing signs of fading, even though they likely boomed just the day before.

I usually miss these but today I managed to wander into the woods when they

used the A* 200 macro. This shot is 48 stacked images shot in AV mode  at
ISO 200 at f6.7 with +1 stop exposure compensation.
