Appears to have been taken at a nice moment in the early evening. Street lighting helps the viewing as well as a pleasing sky. Nice!

(The third one Statford aka Dixie is in front of the Queen theater.) Presumably, Queen theater was the first air-conditioned movie theater in Texas.
