Thanks for your pleasing remarks on both images, Knarf!
The wading birds are somewhat of a guess on my part, but my best is that the 
far wader is a Great Egret.
The two closer darker colored "may" be non-breeding Great gray/blue Herons.(?)
Am always glad to happen upon the White Pelicans. They float about in tight 
groups I think of a "rafts."
They have a unique way of feeding by each dipping it's head in a simultaneously 
rhythm.

I'll put my Bird Book away now and thank you again for commenting!

Both lovely but the second one with the waterbirds is quite spectacular! Are
