I like it! 

I bought a copy of the 40/2.8 Ltd SMC lens a year ago for a good price, and it 
is now my favorite walking-around lens. I have no complaints about the optics.

Do I infer correctly from some of the other photos that "the old homeland" is 
Lancashire?
