Thanks, Alan. Yes, this is one of the daffodils from the bulbs I have
planted all over our yard. I have about a dozen different varieties,
of various sizes cand color combinations. Some are early bloomers and
a few bloom after most daffodils have lost their blooms. They are
easy to grow, prolific, colorful, and, most importantly, totally
deer-proof. The deer that pass through our yard daily love tulips,
and they never last. Hyacinths are not favorites of the deer, so I
have a few, which are lovely as long as I spray them with deer
repellant. Daffodils, on the other hand, are one of the plants that
deer completely avoid, so I have sort of specialized in growing them.
