You lot are going to have to buy a lot more books this year to cover it :-) That said, The Book is nearing completion. I hope to upload a test version tomorrow or Tuesday. I still haven't heard from Doug so I've written up a brief Foreword in case we have to go to press before he escapes from the Thesis Vortex. Lisa and I begin our annual UK trip in just over a week and when we get back I have only a short interval before GFM so we're really facing a time crunch.
