Seconded. Cycling into town today the traffic was held up for some time by several hundred people in national dress crossing the road from, I presume, Saint Olav's church in Rotherhithe to a festival in Southwark Park. It was a very enjoyable sight.
Obviously I didn't have my camera. I've missed some nice shots recently because of not having a camera with me - I must get back into the habit.
