Bought a photo studio and moved to Mesa in 1991 - sold it and moved back to WI 14 months later. Missed snow and green grass.

Had some interesting customers beyond the usual weddings and portraits. One guy came in for documentation photos of the cracks in the enamel on his teeth caused (he said) by the vibration from playing a mouth harp.

The saddest was a woman who came in for copies of the hospital pix that were taken of her stillborn infant. She had asked for copies from the people who took the pix at the hospital and they told her to go somewhere else and have copies made.

Very enjoyable gallery. Reminded me of my time in AZ when I had a studio
in Mesa - hwy 260 is a nice drive. Did you have a chance to drive the
Salt River Canyon on hwy 60 from Show Low to Globe or did you stay up on
the Rim?

Scan from an Agfrachrome 100 slide.. taken with my Ricoh (!) in
December, 1974

Thought I'd slap a Peso up while I'm not so patiently waiting for
help desk set to finish "tuning-up" my new HP 'puter

Trying to stay calm --

Happy weekend shooting, guys
