Seems to be some new Memorial Day "tradition" - buy a small flag for a
dollar from some charity vendor to "support the troops" & place them in
a cluster.
I went to a hot-air balloon festival on Friday & they had a large flag
set up in the woods nearby with a cluster of small flags around it & the
local veterans outreach clinic was selling flags you could add to the
cluster (to help raise money for the clinic).
