I have a clip-on rear fender that's of some limited use; it stops the water/mud stripe up my back. Doesn't keep my shoes or pants dry though.
Fortunately I have a dry set of clothes at the office for such occasions. If I need to stay dry on rainy days I just don't take my bike. Thanks for the comment!
