I was at B&H a couple of weeks ago, wait - it was only last Sunday..
gathering paper and
was unable to resist finally replacing my broken DA18-55A II with a used
DA18 Al. The Sigma
I was gifted when the old one broke is a lovely lens for work with my
tripod but just too heavy for me
to walk around with... so my credit card got a bit more crowded but I
can now more comfortably
walk about with my camera.
The High Line is a kind of park that goes along the west side of
Manhattan and starts (or ends) pretty close
to B&H and extends downtown to where the new Whitney Museum is. I walked
it all the way and then
took a bus back across town to near where I live. Here is the shot with
my newly acquired refurbished
kit lens on my K-5.
