I think CS2 is an anomaly as far as recognising DNGs from recent Pentax cameras. Back in January/February (or therabouts) Bill was able to read DNGs in CS and earlier, if I remember correctly. I'm not sure why CS2 should spit them out. (Actually - I do remember correctly.
