Thanks all. I wrote that piece for Hagerty's newspaper supplement, a client I picked up to replace the NY Times when their auto section went belly up. Didn't know it was on the web. The newspaper space limits me to about 500 words, so everything is broad and general. But Hagerty is a good publisher. Nice to work with, and they pay quite a bit better than the grey lady.
