Christian, An easy question... all three of my LXs wear a beattie Intencreen, catalog #82413. This is the model with grid, horizontal split image, and a matte ring around the split image. Because the screen is so bright, even the split image works fine up to 300mm. When doing macro work, I focus with the matte ring.
I own five other screens but I have not used any of them for over six years. This single screen provides a much brighter view, and maximum flexibility. I use long lenses and split screens are useless. > 2. For macro work split screens are useless > 3. The grid on the LX screen REALLY helps me with composition (my greatest > challange). Not only that, since using it, I've had fewer tilted horizons! > > So, which screen is your favo(u)rite/most used? > > Christian > - - - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List.
