Yeah, it's just barely off his head here. In some shots it's flying off, but there were issues with each of those that make them unusable.
The whole backwards cap thing is silly. Except if you have a flash on top of your camera. Which Mike clearly doesn't have here. Maybe he's worried about sun on the back of his neck?
