It is a well capture image.
As for the subject, - I am surprised why you were surprised to find it in Tokyo. Is it because you expected tea-only there? The first time I saw This type of "coffee art" some 5-8 years ago, I was surprised. But in the past years, I've seen it in different parts of the US and Canada, and I don't remember if I've seen it in Europe last year.

I noted with delight that coffee is overtaking tea in Japan,
especially among younger people.  Along with Russia and Ireland, China
remains solidly in the ranks of the countries where tea dominates over
coffee.

You forgot such typical tea-drinkers as UK, Turkey, and, of course, India!
The continent of Austalia is almost 50:50...

And, of course, North America is tea-crippled since 1773-74.
