Thanks for looking, Frank and Alan. Of course, I posted this image as a joke, but I find some irony in it as the Mayor is on a campaign to eliminate the horse-drawn Hansom Cabs from Central Park, while the police usually have several horses around Times Square, and never pick up after their horses. The carriages at the park have devices to catch most of the horse crap their animals generate.
