Not sure - I didn't check his flying license but he looked like a young'un to me & my wife.

Some hawks moved into the abandoned “residential red zone” on the other side of town. Sounds great until you realise it’s probably because they found plenty of rats to eat. The land is being steadily cleared and momentum is building to turn it into a native forest park.
