well both parts relate to my Pentax photography ...
The bad news is The Comfort (diner/restaurant) on Grand street where my
photos were
exhibited this spring is no longer open.. so the only place you can see
that now is on my web page.But the sadness I feel is for
the owner , who I've know for years and who had exhibited and purchased
my work over a number of years and has been a friend
for many years. I don't know the whole story Iwrote him and haven't
heard back - hard to write a sympathy note for someone
who got served an eviction notice :-(
The good news is ebay has given me (and others) some special listing
deals this month so I'm slapping up photos there in addition
to the chotskes and starbucks cards I'mselling. Your response to my PUG
entry this month prompted me to list thatone and
one that I've sold a number of times , The Red Door is also up.
I've listed 11 x 17 prints of eachwith a Buy it now or Best offer format
and did not put a minimum on the best offer part...
I know it is coals to New Castle, but if anyone of you guys feel
inclined to bid just chime in with what you can manage.. or
just watch the items for moral support.. I think it does help sales if
people see others are watching and how many hits it gets too.
I'll probably put a few more photos up later during thespecial free
listing and 20% off final value fees...
