I was very surprised to see that. Don't they consider ramshackle
constructions like that eyesores over there? They do here but they are
everywhere regardless, even on pavements outside posh shops which really
irks the owners as they are the ones paying taxes & abiding by health
regulations. In many places you can't even walk on the pavement. I'd better
shut up before I'm branded a racist.
