Taka,

Send the camera back. I bought a KX that was described as in excellent
condition. When I got it, I noticed that the mirror lock-up was going to
about 90% open and the film winding was very 'loose'. I sent it back as not
excellent condition...it wasn't. The seller said 'Oh' and sent me my money
back, less shipping.

If it was described as anything but 'AS IS', send it back!

Regards, Bob S.

It would be nice if people used some sort of standard inspection/testing
period like they do w/ wristwatches. I'll see what the seller has to say
 in the meantime.
