Sorry about that Boris, what I have to say is politically incorrect in
the extreme. You cannot negotiate with those who teach their children
to kill strangers in the name of any ideology, the only answer, is the
Roman answer. The Romans weren't nice people, but they were effective.
No one wants to hear that.
