This is likely some sort of corruption of the information.

It might be a glitch in your browser, but it might also be an indication that you have some "weak" bit in the computer's memory (main RAM or RAM used by the video card; those could be shared, depending on your computer's hardware).

You don't need to do anything at this point. (And most likely you cannot do much about that.) But if you see something similar repeating, I'd suggest de-maximizing the browser window (so that it doesn't take the entire screen, but just a portion). If those lines will remain through the area not covered by the browser, it is likely a problem with the memory used by the video-card. Otherwise, it is either a glitch in the browser or a problem with the main RAM.

That might be helpful for you to know what is the likely culprit if/when the computer fails in the future.
